Tucked inside The Vista Mall in Lewisville, Texas lies a special little town you won’t find anywhere else. For just two days on the final weekend of July, Sprinkle Trinkle Town opened the doors of Sprinkle Mart for business. For its fourth rendition, the pop-up art market featured over 80+ vendors to browse, along with activities, performances, food, merch, and more. Free to attend, the event offered a little something for everyone.

For those unsure of where to go within the mall, the sounds of kpop music echoing through the building led the way. The music guided visitors to the center stage, where performances by K-pop cover groups were taking place. Dance performances took place only on the first day, but concluded with a highly anticipated Random Dance Play.

The vendor and activity areas were spread out across four areas, each with cute names in line with the supermarket theme, such as “fresh produce room” and “happy snack room.” Sprinkle Trinkle Town’s Instagram provided information before the event about participating vendors and the overall layout, which proved helpful for avoiding long lines.

One of the most popular areas was a store called “Lucky Bunny,” home to the coveted Pop Mart figurines and plenty of other blind boxes, plushies, toys, and collectibles. While many lined up there, others browsed the curated art booths, consisting of artists from all across the US. They sold everything from illustrations and keychains to ceramics and tote bags, with recognizable elements from pop culture and unique original designs. Alongside the booths were also art-related activities, such as screen printing and live portrait drawings.

The day wouldn’t have been complete without a visit from the Mayor of Sprinkle Trinkle Town: a bright green, lucky five-leaf clover fairy who pranced around the center stage and took pictures with attendees. Despite the heat and lack of AC inside the mall, Sprinkle Trinkle Town remained lively and full of charm. It was wonderful to see a community come together to share each other's interests and support the creative work of others.
