San Antonio, TX – The Asian Resource Center of San Antonio (ARCSA) is honored to announce a Land Blessing and Dedication Ceremony for its future home in Stone Oak, San Antonio.

The ceremony included special guests Mayor Ron Niremberg and Judge Peter Sakai. “This is an opportunity to bring the entire community together to motivate the city and people around the region to understand each other. San Antonio’ great blessing to the world is that it is a place of convening,” said Mayor Ron Niremberg. “This land blessing is a deeply symbolic beginning,” said Elisa Chan , President , Board Member and Co-founder of ARCSA. “We honor the past, embrace spiritual traditions from many cultures, and look forward to building a place of inclusion, education, and community connection.”

This milestone occasion featured a sacred, multifaith ceremony symbolizing unity, spiritual grounding, and cultural respect for the land that will soon house a center devoted to serving and celebrating San Antonio’s diverse Asian community. Ceremonial highlights included invocations, prayers, and sacred rituals from Buddhism, Christianity, Catholicism, Hinduism, Islam, and Sikhism, all wishing blessings upon the land purposed for the center.

The future Asian Resource Center will serve as a cultural hub, offering programs, events, and services that uplift and unite the growing Asian American population in San Antonio and surrounding areas.
